Delhi HC rules two appellants be considered for Member ITAT selection

The Delhi High Court has ruled that the two appellants be considered by the Selection Committee for appointment to the post of Member, ITAT without taking into account the aspect of delay as regards the receipt of Annual Performance Assessment Reports (APARs).
