Delhi Police's first big reshuffle

Delhi Police's first big post-Commissioner reshuffle is now reality. The scale - 43 IPS-DANIPS, eight Special CPs and 21 DCP-Additional DCP positions - suggests a deliberate rebalancing of the capital's operational, intelligence, economic-offence and district policing structure.
