Delink PSBs employee compensation from those of civil services
The Banks Board Bureau recommends in its March 2018 report that unlike civil services, Public Sector Banks (PSBs) operate in a competitive space. Accordingly, compensation of employees of PSBs should be delinked from the compensation of civil services.
