Deptt having fleet of officers, but not a regular secretary

The Department of Defence Productions is having a fleet of officers from Secretary, Addl Secretary, Principal Advisor, JS and others but it is not having  a regular Secretary for the last two years. Presently Giridhar Aramane, Secretary, MoD is holding the charge of the Secretary, Defence Productions. Raj Kumar was the Secretary, Defence Production and wad transferred to Gujarat on November 30, 2021 and since then no regular Secretary has been posted.
