Deputation tenure of Sheetal Verma extended

The central deputation tenure of Ms Sheetal Verma, Director of Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (DCR), UP, under the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been extended for an overall tenure of up to June 30, 2027, by continuing the upgradation of the post presently held by the officer to the level of Joint Secretary. She is a 2007 batch IAS officer of UP cadre.
