Despite no stay order, promotions of CSS officers withheld

The Central Secretariat Service (CSS) Forum, in a letter to the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), requested to promote the eligible officers without further delays. The Forum urged that no Supreme Court/High Court has stayed promotion against any petition. The officers of CSS are the backbone of the Government of India and deserve to be promoted on time.
