The Domestic Funding of Foreign Funding (DFFT ) Policy of DoPT for year 2020-21 is undergoing a major overhaul and redesigning considering the emphasis on integrated training and capacity building functions of the entire Government. The new policy is likely to enable the participation of all Departments in DFFT. The draft DFFT Policy in respect of the Group' A' officers of the respective Ministries/Departments received in DoPT will be examined in the light of the new DFFT policy 2020-21. and till such time it is requested to keep the proposed Policy of respective Departments, if any, on hold.
