Dharm Prakash appointed CE (TMC), ECR

Dharma Prakash, who is presently posted in East Central Railway (ECR), has been appointed as Chief Engineer (CE), Track Machine Cell (TMC), in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
