Did Mizoram DGP act timely ?

In North-East, people say that timely action of DGP S B K Singh saved the situation from taking an ugly turn. People and Police of Mizoram were so agitated that they turned violent. DGP Singh on receiving information swung into action and tactfully pacified all.
