Did PMO pull up Director ED ?

If sources are to be believed, PMO has reportedly pulled up the Director, ED over relieving of Satyavrat Kumar, JD, who is investigating Nirav Modi case and was relieved when he was attending hearing in London Court last week. It was reported that Spl Director, WR relieved and Director stayed his relieving. But PMO came to know that ED hq had issued a letter on March 26 2019 to  Regional and Zonal offices to relieve all those officers whose deputation period ends. This irked PMO and Director was pulled up.
