Different views on whether rank of Brigadier must stay

There is talk going on about Army cadre restructuring likely to do away with the Brigadier rank and Brigade HQ. However, there are differing views on this within the Armed forces where many officers want both rank of Brigadier and Brigade HQ to stay.
