Dinkar Asthana to move from Laos to New Zealand
India’s Ambassador to Laos, Dinkar Asthana, IFS 1990, is to be transferred and posted as India’s High Commissioner to New Zealand. He will also be accredited to four neighbouring countries viz. Samoa, Niue, the Cook Islands, and Vanatu.
