Discontentment of an IAS officer ended in a happy note

The District Magistrate (DM) of a district in Uttarakhand was utterly unhappy with his transfer. He was shifted from Tehri to Rudraprayag. He was planning to resign and according to unconfirmed sources, he had submitted his papers. However, two persons including one senior IAS officers met him in Tehri and the former seems to be satisfied with the discussion. Now he has joined as the DM, Rudraprayag, the new assignment offered to him. This officer, a qualified doctor is an upright officer and taking out time from his busy schedule of administrative duties, also treats patients in the Government hospital.
