Discussions on who should be CDS reportedly starts in PMO

Whispers are that discussions are underway in the PMO on selection of Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) and the committee set up by the PMO is working out the responsibilities to be assumed by CDS and process of finalization of the responsibilities for the CDS may be completed by end of November.
