Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar on Wednesday posted two IAS officers as ACS and Secretary to CM in Karnataka. Tushar Giri Nath of 1993 batch has been appointed as ACS to CM and placed in concurrent charge of ACS, Urban Development Department.
