DoPT approves encadrement of 302 new posts in CSS

The Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) has approved the encadrement of 302 new posts into the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) based on the requests from various Ministries and Departments. Notably, the CSS Forum has consistently requested DoPT to expedite approval of encadrement proposals which were pending its approval from the last 3 years. However, CSS Forum maintains this is a short-term measure and continues to press for the implementation of the 4^th cadre review recommendations to ensure time-bound promotions and restore service parity.
