DoT opts independent vigilance set up
The DoT Secretary has approved an independent vigilance set up for each Geographical License Area/state. The set up will be headed by a Director level officer as Vigilance Officer, assisted by one Accounts Officer. VO will directly be reporting to the CVO, DoT in all vigilance related matters.
