Dr Abhishek Jain appointed Secretary, Education and IT in HP

Dr Abhishek Jain has been appointed as Secretary, Education and Information Technology, to the Government of Himachal Pradesh. He is a 2002 batch IAS officer of HP cadre. Besides, Devesh Kumar and Dr Rajneesh have been relieved of these charges respectively.
