Dr. Amar Mandal, who is presently serving as Chief Medical Superintendent (CMS), Gonda, North Eastern Railway (NER), has been transferred to South Coast Railway (SCoR) and posted as Chief Hospital Director (CHD)/Headquarters. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
