Dr Ashok Saha posted as PCMD, NFR

Dr Ashok Saha, who is presently serving in Eastern Railway (ER), has been transferred to Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) and posted as Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD). He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
