Dr B K Singh transferred as IFA to MD ECHS
Dr Bharatendu Kumar Singh has been transferred as Integrated Finance Advisor to Managing Director, Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (IFA to MD ECHS), Delhi. Prior to this appointment he was serving at Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA HQs) Delhi Cantt. He is a 2001 IDAS officer. &
