Dr Chandra appointed PCMD, ECR
Dr. Jagdish Chandra, who is presently working as Chief Medical Superintendent (CMS) in Northern Railway (NR), has been transferred to East Central Railway (ECR) and posted as Principal Chief Medical Director (PCMD). He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
