Dr Chaurasia moved to ECR

Dr. Dipankar Lal Chaurasia has been transferred from North Eastern Railway (NER) to East Central Railway (ECR) on his own request and posted in a pinpoint senior administrative grade (SAG) post. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
