Dr Deborai and the GoI

Dr Bibek Deborai, Chief of the Economic Advisory Council to the PM, has a special place. In the first term of the NDA Government, he headed a Committee for Railway Reform and Representative. In his report, he recommended various steps, including downsizing the set up. The Government not only accepted his report, it started taking action on it. Now the question is - will the government initiate action on raising the retirement age of Government officials ?
