Dr Jha takes charge as CCA for Maharashtra & Goa

Dr. Satish Chandra Jha has assumed charge of Controller of Communication Accounts ( CCA) Maharashtra & Goa following repatriation from Bihar Government Deputation. He is a Senior Administrative Grade officer of 1998 batch of Indian P&T Accounts and Finance Service (IP&TAFS) Gr "A”. Prior to this assignment, he served as Special Secretary in Bihar Education Department of Bihar for about six and a half years and has held several key and prestigious positions across various departments.
