Dr Kumar appointed CMS, RDSO

Dr. Umesh Kumar, Chief Medical Superintendent (CMS), Northern Railway (NR), has been transferred to Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO), Lucknow, and posted in the same capacity. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
