Dr (Mrs) Devyani U Khobragade empanelled to Grade-III of IFS

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the empanellment of Dr (Mrs.) Devyani Uttam Khobragade for promotion to Grade-III of the Indian Foreign Service in Level 14 of the Pay Matrix (Rs.144200-218200/-) on notional basis w.e.f. November 1, 2016 i.e. the date of promotion of her immediate junior,  R. Ravindra and on actual basis w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge of the post and until further orders.
