Dr Nalin Shinghal assumes charge as new CMD, BHEL this evening
A 1988 batch officer of Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), Dr Nalin Shinghal, presently serving as CMD, Central Electronics Limited, is taking over the charge as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of a Maharatna PSU, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) in the evening of July 8, 2019.
