Dr Rajeev Ranjan is new Chief Secretary, Tamil Nadu
Dr Rajeev Ranjan, who was repatriated to the parent cadre, has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of Tamil Nadu. Dr Ranjan, who belongs to a 1985 batch IAS officer, succeeded incumbent K Shanmugam retired on January 31, 2021. (We said this on January 27, 2021)
