Dr. Rajkumar Upadhyay takes charge as Executive Director, C-DOT

Dr. Rajkumar Upadhyay has taken over the charge of Executive Director and Chairman of the Project Board, Centre for Development of Telematics, C-DOT. He is an officer of The Indian Telecommunication Services (ITS).
