Dr Richard is new Secretary, Commerce and Industries Department in Karnataka

The Karnataka Government here on Tuesday issued fresh transfer orders of IAS officers. Dr.Richard Vincent D'Souza", 2007 batch who was Secretary, Planning, Programme Monitoring and Statistics Department has been transferred to Commerce and Industries department. Girish R, IAS of 2010 batch has been shifted from the post of Chief Executive   Officer, Karnataka Industrial Development Board (KIADB) to the post of Director, Mines and Geology Department. He will relieve Priyanka Mary Francis., who was in concurrent charge. Likewise, Karee Gowda, 2012 batch, is new Director, Atal Jan Snehi Kendra. He was waiting for the posting orders.
