Dr Sangeeta Verma has joined as Member, Competition Commission of India. The distinguished IES (1981 batch) officer retired in the Apex grade recently. In the mean time, the Government of India has increased the responsibilities of Members of CCI by reducing their number from six to three. Dr Verma will have a tenure of five years.
