Dr Sethi shifted as ACMS, SER

Dr Hadibandhu Sethi, who is presently working as Additional Chief Medical Superintendent (ACMS) in Central Railway (CR), has been transferred to South Eastern Railway (SER) and posted in the same capacity. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
