Dr Shinghal assumes charge as new CMD, BHEL
A 1988 batch officer of Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), Dr Nalin Shinghal, presently serving as CMD, Central Electronics Limited, has taken over the charge as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of a Maharatna PSU, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL).
