Dr Thakur appointed ACMS, ECR

Dr. Prem Ranjan Thakur - who is presently working as Assistant Chief Medical Superintendent (ACMS) in Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW) - has been transferred to East Central Railway (ECR) on his own request and posted in the same capacity. He is an Indian Railway Health Service (IRHS) officer.
