Mrs. Dipali Shivamkumar Patel has been appointed as Additional Director in the category of Independent Director of Maruti Infrastructure Limited. Meanwhile, Chetan A Patel, who was serving as an Independent Director has been re-designated as Whole-Time Director of the company.
