Dubey appointed Technical Member, NCLT

 Manoj Kumar Dubey, IRS, Retd. Director General of Income Tax, has been appointed Technical Member in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).  The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved his appointment to the post.
