Dulloo appointed FC, J&K

Consequent upon repatriation to his cadre, Atal Duloo has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary and the Financial Commissioner, J&K. The IAS officer has also been nominated as Chairman, J&K and Ladakh Financial Corporation.
