DVC signs JV agreement with NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd
In a significant development in its quest f or making a sizeable imprint in the Renewable Energy sector, DVC signed a Joint Venture Agreement on 29.03.2022 with NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of the NTPC Limited, towards formation of a JV Company for implementation
In a significant development in its quest for making a sizeable imprint in the Renewable Energy sector, DVC signed a Joint Venture Agreement on 29.03.2022 with NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd., a fully owned subsidiary of the NTPC Limited, towards formation of a JV Company for implementation of Renewable Energy Parks and Projects including Projects approved under Ultra Mega Renewable Energy Power Parks Scheme and CPSU scheme of MNRE. The JVA was signed by M Raghu Ram, Member(Technical), DVC and Rajeev Gupta, CGM, NTPCREL on behalf of the respective organisation, at NTPC Corporate Office, SCOPE Complex, New Delhi. Senior officials from both organisations including C K Mondol, Director (Commercial), NTPC & Chairman, NTPCREL and Mohit Bhargava, CEO, NTPCREL were present during the event.
