Andrew W K Langstieh, Chairman, DVC, received the prize in Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi from Ram Nath Kovind, President of India in Hindi Divas Samaroh on September 14, 2017. The winner is selected from amongst all the statutory bodies of Govt. of India (Schedule-C) for implementation of Official Language.
