The Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) is almost Boardless as only function Director (Technical), S K Jha is working on the board. The posts of CMD, Director Finance, Director Personnel and one more post of Director Technical have been lying vacant for a long time. However, Ajay Kumar Singh, CMD, BCCL, has been entrusted with additional charge of CMD, ECL.
