EC transfers Andhra Pradesh Chief Secretary, Subrahmanyam is new CS

The Election Commission  has removed Andhra Pradesh chief secretary Anil Chandra Punetha and appointed senior IAS officer L V Subrahmanyam (1983 batch) as the new chief secretary.
