ECI shifts Chief Secretary and Home Secretary in West Bengal

The Election Commission of India (ECI) has appointed Dushyant Nariala as the new Chief Secretary and  Sanghamitra Ghosh, as Principal Secretary, Home and Hill Affairs. just a day after the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) came into force for the 2026 Assembly elections.
