The eCommittee, Supreme Court of India, in collaboration with the Department of Justice, focused on eCourts Mission Mode Project Phase III, including launches of the Biennial Report on Phase III, eCourts Single Sign-On (SSO) Service Portal, Electronic Delivery of Summons via Email, eCourts & ePrison Integration, and eCourts Services Mobile App v4. Sessions highlighted tech advancements by various High Courts. This reflects ongoing trends toward ICT integration, process re-engineering, AI/ML tools (tested with IIT Madras earlier), live streaming, digital records, and improving access/pendency management.
