ED’s Assistant Enforcement Officer gets three years imprisonment
The Special Judge, CBI Cases, Ahmedabad has sentenced D L Kalgutkar, then Assistant Enforcement Officer, Ahmedabad under the department of Enforcement Directorate (ED) to undergo three years Rigorous Imprisonment with fine of Rs 20,000 in a bribery case.
