EDs of smaller PSBs to get more opportunity to become MD & CEOs ?

There are whispers that the executive directors of smaller public sector banks will get more opportunity now to become MD & CEO in the vacancies rather than taking too many Deputy MDs from larger public sector banks for the vacancies.
