Emami Ltd re-appoints Harsha Vardhan Agarwal as VC & MD

Harsha Vardhan Agarwal has been re-appointed as Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of Emami Limited with effect from April 1, 2027. His in-depth knowledge of different businesses and understanding of the evolving industry is an asset that is leveraged to identify opportunities for growth of the organization and roadmap to achieve them. He led Emami's various key acquisitions such as Zandu Pharmaceuticals in 2008, Kesh King in 2015, German brand - Creme 21 in 2019, Dermicool in 2022 and strategic investments in few new-age start-ups like Brillare, The Man Company, AloFrut, TruNative & The Fur Ball Story.
