Empanelment of 1989 batch IAS delayed?
After the sudden posting of 1985,1986,1987 and 1988 batch IAS officers as Secretary in the Government of India, it is believed that empanelment of 1989 batch IAS officers to the rank of Secretary in the Government of India has been delayed by a month or two.
