Energy PSUs like HPCL, ONGC, IOCL, backed the Grand Butanol Challenge, launched under MoPNG aegis via MC² Foundation, offering up to ₹12.5 crore support for indigenous bio-butanol tech, startups, researchers. Applications open, deadline noted around mid-August.
