EPIL, BBJ, RC to merge with Bridge & Roof

A proposal for the merger of Engineering Projects India Ltd (EPIL), The Braithwaite Burn and Jessop Constructions Ltd (BBJ) and Richardson & Cruddas Ltd (R&C) with the Bridge and Roof Company (India) Limited is being moved by the Ministry of Heady Industries.
